OUR STORY

Prophasys is an Information Technology leader in the commercial and government sectors. Our staff has provided the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and various other customers with high quality technical services for more than twenty years, resolving the continually growing IT challenges that face the corporate world. As these IT challenges become more complex, it takes a special skill set to accurately define the problem, and engineer a solution that will not only solve the initial problem but also evolve to prevent reoccurring issues cost effectively. Prophasys has built a team of consultants with the security clearances, certifications and degrees to enable us to facilitate the diverse needs of our clients.

OUR TEAM

Our staff has been instrumental in the design, implementation, support, and maintenance of Information Systems Technology within the NSA, non-profit organizations, and private industry for more than twenty years and has consistently proven its ability to provide a diverse, leading edge, technical knowledge base while retaining highly educated, skilled and motivated personnel. Prophasys is available upon request to successfully support the NSA and commercially sponsored initiatives, projects of today, and project of the future independently or in partnership with other IT consulting firms. The Prophasys team has the expertise to maintain every facet of your technological needs, making sure you can concentrate on what’s important, your business.

Leadership Team

Michael Antlitz

Founder & CEO

As CEO, Michael Antlitz is responsible for creating the corporate strategy, culture and direction of Prophasys. He has over 28 years of experience in Systems Engineering services providing technical solutions to the Intelligence Community.  Prior to founding Prophasys, he served as a federal employee within the National Security Agency as well as a technical consultant with multiple contracting firms supporting the Department of Defense.

Michael has a B.S. in Information Technology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County as well as a M.S. in Business and  Information Systems from the Johns Hopkins University.  He currently serves on the board of Directors for RISE for Autism, a non profit charity organization supporting, educating and enabling those with Autism.

Wes Lipple

Chief Operating Officer

Wes Lipple joined Prophasys in 2014, and is focused in new markets, business development, program management and hiring initiatives. Prior to joining Prophasys, Wes served as the NSA Account – Business Development Executive for Sotera Defense Solutions.

Wes has more than 15 years of experience in Business Development, Operations and Leadership supporting the Intelligence Community and various Private Sector firms. He has a B.S. in Business Administration, Management and Operations from York College of Pennsylvania.

Cheryl Antlitz

Director of Operations/Finance

Cheryl Antlitz has been with Prophasys since its inception and has more than 20 years of professional experience in Business Administration, Government Procurement, Human Resources, and Accounting/Finance to include benefits administration, operational management, financial analysis and contract administration. Cheryl’s primary focus is ensuring Prophasys is operating at its best for its employees and clients.

Cheryl has a B.S. in Science and an extensive list of business and finance education and training. She also serves as the Managing Director of RISE for Autism, a non profit charity organization supporting, educating and enabling those with Autism.
